He's Here!!!

At last, he has arrived!  I was so excited when I saw the UPS man walk across the porch.  What a great job he has to deliver packages all day, I would love it (minus the heat in summer and cold in winter and pressure they put on you to hurry and deliver, lol).  He came in a brown box and I immediately grabbed my camera.  I wanted you all to go through the excitement with me!

They wrapped him so snugly.  I hope his ride was peaceful.

They even wrote me a letter!!!

Here is a closer look.  See my name??!!  She even wrote that she loved my blog, *squeal*!!

There he is, all snug as a bug in a rug.

I gingerly took him out for a good look see.  Isn't he adorable?!

There is a very neat story on the back on the origins of the nutcracker.  And you know me, I am a sucker for a history lesson.  I may just cover nutcrackers on a post, hmmm...

I couldn't wait to get him out of the box.

And open his mouth, tehe.  He looks like he is ready for his bite of cookie.

I placed him amongst some of my most favorite possessions.  I wonder how long it will take for the family to notice we have company?!

Thank you Whitehurst Company!!!!  I will take great care of him.  What ever shall I name him???!!!
