Today I made a great big batch of hot cocoa mix. I put it all in one container for us to use in winter. It is soo yummy! The recipe is as follows...
5 1/2 cups Powdered milk (1 package which contains ten 1-quart envelopes)
2 1/2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
3/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cups powdered non-dairy creamer
This mix is easy to make and would make great gifts if put into canning jars and packaged up pretty. I will be doing another batch just for that!

Mmmmmm...this sounds yummy! I've never made homemade cocoa. I think I will try this. When you say powdered non dairy creamer, do you mean something like coffee mate? Thanks for the recipe!
